Running in a Winter Wonderland
I didn't post this until now, and I had done some runs, but writing about a treadmill doesn't seem worthy of a blog post...well anymore. Saturday morning I treked through the snow and pushed out an 18KM run. Left knee didn't feel so good but pushed through it, feeling ok today, less than 4 weeks until the Fools Marathon....crazyness
