It's a cold, windy, dry heaving kinda run, NOT FUN

5K Jack O'Lantern Classic on Goat Island in Niagara Falls, NY.  Lots of good runners out, felt great after the first mile and was in 7th place, however it goes downhill from there....oh I have not missed running stitches, why did I get them? I still have no clue, I haven't had them in years, I managed to push out an 18:22 time, nevertheless I should have been under 18 minutes...oh well, finished 10th overall and now my big reward....spending 8 hours with Nike customers :) Happy College Football day.

Good ol' Tragically Hip leading me on the Welland Trail past the boats through the canal.  What a cold day! The wind is crazy, it is sad to say I may need to switch from my shorts to running pants.  Did a 12KM run just under 52 minutes, Saturday morning is the test, gotta keep it under 18 min :)

3.2 KM Run, Mount Carmel

Set out to do a 5KM run, but the crazy October Hurricane made its way too quickly into the area.  Ended up doing 3.2KM in approx 14 min.  Take a rest, 5KM race on Saturday in Niagara Falls, NY
